The Saint James / Seton Athletic Association is seeking members to join the board.  The Athletic Director and board manages all  aspects of the sports programs we support, including registration, uniforms, coaching staff, referees, evaluations, and procurement of gym time and space. Board members attend one meeting a month and provide gym supervisor presence at volleyball and basketball games as needed. Board members also assist with the planning of the Spring Fling fundraiser and other activities on an ongoing basis. Board members are dedicated volunteers who believe in providing an athletic structure that teaches the fundamentals of sports along with sportsmanship and Christian values.

We have an open Secretary position. The duties of this officer-level position are to:

Keep minutes for Athletic Association meetings.
Notify members of the association meetings.
Type any memo / handout needing to go to parents, students, teachers, etc. (directed by A.D.)
Shall perform such other duties as may be assigned by the President or by the Board.

Involvement in the SJSAAA board or serving in the Secretary position are great ways to complete Saint James Seton School’s annual required parental volunteer hours.
